The location was in the city near a taxi stand. Breakfast was good. They allowed us to store our luggage while we went to tour on our last day.
There was a jack hammer that started in at 7:00 AM all day during our 2 day stay. There was so much noise we couldn 't hear what the hotel clerk was saying. The night clerk told my son there wasn't any computer to use but we found out there was a computer for guests. The parking situation is terrible. We coildn't park in front of the hotel to drop our luggage as it was blocked and cars kept honking for us to move. Consequently it took 2 hours going round and round to find out where to park our car. This could all be alleviated by putting a sign up for loading and unloading and registering at the front of the hotel. The elevator was broken so had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

This hotel is a great value for the money. It is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to travel around the city. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable, complete with air conditioning. I also enjoyed the included breakfast, which was served on the rooftop and had a nice variety of fresh food.
No issues - everything was satisfactory.

Beds were hard as a rock but the maid service was very friendly. Construction going on so hard to sleep in. Close to the termini.

I didn't have my passport on me at the time of booking. A fellow traveller had it in her bag. (You need a passport to book in any hotel) The hotel sent me an email whilst I was in transit. Because they didn't hear from me the hotel cancelled my booking. But they were great: arranged alternative and better rooms during my stay in Rome, breakfast was excellent, croissant made in front of you! Fresh and cozy. The hotel was central to main transport, city sites and good shopping, restaurants in walking distance or within a taxi ride. Intend to stay there again. I was in Rome on my own but felt very safe in the area around the hotel. A vibrant, ethnically diverse area. I was able to walk to most tourists sites and saw aspects of 'real' Italian every day life.
Just a note: not many places accept American Express. This isn't a complaint just a travel tip that you also have visa or MasterCard. These cards are more accepted than am ex.

Nothing to fault.

The tv is (small but) new with Cable (satellite), near the train Station
The lift is only for 2 people, so it is a challenge to go up to the fifth floor after a long day of walk around Rome, but it is ok. No Wifi, only internet in Reception.

Very good location and helpful staff.
There were some people working near the hotel so at 7:00 am I was up because of the noise....but in some way that was good ....it was like an alarm clock :)

This hotel is very close to the Central Station and is fairly close to the main public transport station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are basic but clean, with a toilet and air conditioning. The staff is friendly and the breakfast served on the rooftop is a nice touch.
All in all, everything was more than okay.

Nice location near Termini, but not so close that you feel you are staying at the station. The rooms are clean. The building is old, but has certain charm. The service is very helpful. Certainly great bang for your buck.
The elevator is antique, 2 people per elevator. The shower is so tiny that if you are over medium build, forget about bending over to wash your feet! That is the main complain. I would give up bidet for a bigger shower. Finally, service desk quoted 50 eu for a taxi to the airport, 55 with luggage. The standard fixed taxi rate to the airport is 40eu. There is a Taxi stand 200 meeters away. Or you can dial one of the many numbers (see taxis on the street) and order one to pick you up, for 40 eu

It's very close to the train station and you couldn't beat that. Especially with an early morning flight. It was a neighborhood that I felt safe in (given proximity to the train station). There was a 24 hour receptionist on staff and very affordable! I couldn't make breakfast, but it started at 7:30am and was included in the room price.
